Blood and urine test are available and very unreliable. You may test negative one day and positive another day.They are more of a reference or guide to suspected food allergens. When it comes to testing the body does not lie. So let it tell you if there's an allergen or not. We do this with elimination diets. 

One ABC method of testing is very simple. Take the suspected food or foods and completely eliminate them 100 percent from your diet for just one week. It must be at least 7 days because on the second and third day you may even feel worse from withdrawals of the food allergens or toxins (We can safely call them toxins if you cant process them properly). Anything that your body cant process properly is toxic to your body and will cause little to extreme damage (From rashes to death). I would recommend doing the elimination diet this way. I would take any suspected food allergens and also the top 7-8 known food allergens and be sure non of these are byproducts in other foods that you may be eating. It must be eliminated 100 percent to get the results you seek weather it bothers your system or not. So after 7 days of completely eliminating these suspected food allergens you may on the 8th day beginning first thing that morning choose just one of the suspected foods and have a healthy serving,and continue eating healthy serving for the next 2 days.If there are no signs of irritation, constipation, bloating, headaches, brain fog or feeling sluggish or moody then on the third morning you may move on to the next food item that you wish to have in your diet and repeat part one. Eats lots of it for 2 days and on the third morning if you wake feeling fine then on to the next food source. You can repeat this process until you find a bad reaction. 

Food allergens can give you a response within minutes of ingesting them and up to 2 days from accumulative affects of what the body can process properly. If you feel sick or uncomfortable immediately stop and leave out that food source. You may try it again at the end of the list. If it makes you so sick you may have to wait 3-4 days till you can try the next food source. If your feeling great but still notice a little discomfort after eating or any signs of I.B.S. or bloating then you may repeat the test and include new other top known food allergens and repeat the same process. 

If a food for sure gives you a bad reaction then most likely it will need to eliminate it permanently from your diets. Here are some of the top food allergens, MILK, WHEAT, GLUTEN, PEANUTS, SHELLFISH, EGGS, SOY, SESAME, TREE NUTS, FISH AND CELERY. These will cover most of your allergy sufferers. There are hundreds of known food allergens but the rest are more rare and if necessary we will take you through them all. Even food coloring and flavoring like caramel and sweetners. In most cases if one has a food sensitivity its most likely he or she will have others. Refer to Feingold elimination diets for more information. His is the most extensive of them all. They will include things you never even new existed like phenols, amines and salicylates and dyes. 

So the body does not lie. If you eliminate something and you feel better then reintroduce that item and feel sick again its a no brainer people. Listen to your body and you may also be able to eliminate some doctors!


Weather your going fishing, shopping  or looking for a spouse on a Saturday night. If you attempted any of these things and came back empty handed and you were angry and greatly disappointed then your focus on your target has kept you from enjoying the journey to get there. 

The prize can be very rewarding. But without the prize how quick we are to say that is was a horrible waste of a time coming back empty handed. Mad at yourself and probably anyone who was with you on your journey. If you caught a big fish, found a beautiful dress or a formidable spouse then you would quickly say "It was a great day. I had an awesome time and cant wait to do it again" And you will probably be overly happy for days to come and it will show. 

Now take the prize away and the whole day was a horrible waste of time leaving you in a rotten mood for even more days to come and it will show on your expression and mood. The journey to get things is 95% of your time and if the entire journey depends on the outcome then there will be much disappointment

More important is the 95 % of your time. Depending on the target prize. If you are to be happy, and have enjoyment you must smell the flowers along the way if i can say it like that. Enjoy the Journey, find ways to make each step of that journey fun and memorable, prepare yourself for every step of good things to come don't be so closed minded and so focused on the target. Kinda like the race horses who are fitted with goggles that only allows them to see whats directly in front of them so they miss everything else. 

You have the choice to go through life wearing goggles that only let you focus and see whats in front of you, (The target) So much is missed along the way. Its fine to have a target and a goal for the day but its not been an inspiring day if the entire day depends on your catch. The catch should be the cherry on the pie and the pie is the journey to get there. It should be sweet and enjoyable and something to share with others. Try not to miss out on the life's great journey and wear horse goggles that limit all life has to offer. When the cherry comes it will taste even better with the pie..

Primary foods

Primary foods are not actually a food at all,but they feed and influence the body as well. Primary foods are your environment and all that surrounds you and has an affect on your mind and body. To name a few then i will explain more of there effects. No matter how healthy you eat, natural antioxidants , no processed foods,plenty of water, anti inflammatory foods, well balanced meals and even some supplements to seal the deal that the body is getting all it needs to be healthy and heal and grow without any worry to diseases, cancer,heart attacks,or diabetes. One who eat like this can expect to live long healthy happy life.

Now back to primary foods and how they can rob you of a long healthy happy life, rather then a short miserable one of possible suffering to your last dying day. So what are primary foods.

1 Your home:
Is it a clean sanitary happy environment. 

2 Your relationship:
Do you have many good relationships with people who's company inspires you, makes you feel good about yourself, compliment you on the good things your doing, and sharing good healthy story's for all to enjoy. Are they there when you need a friend. Are they around when you need support or help. 

3 Your spouse or significant other:
Do you have one and do you lift each other up,compliment each other at every opportunity? does the other think about you when your not around by preparing something that you will need when you arrive home? Do they inspire you to be a better person? Do they inspire you to grow and excel at whatever it is you like to do. Do they find and bring out all the good in you? Can you depend on them? Do you compliment each other at every chance? Does your spouse make you feel comfortable when your together? Are you more content when you spouse is around? Is there glass of life half empty or is it half full? Are you comfortable when your spouse or other is out or away? Does your spouse tell you they love you every new day? Does your spouse ever bring you a gift or card even when its not a holiday or birthday? Does your spouse share your dreams and wishes. If you spent 24 hours in one big room with only food and nothing else (No T.V.,Radio,Phones or any outside means of communication) only a big couch and blanket in the room. Would the 24 hours alone be bonding and sharing and loving time of snuggling and time to reflect all that you already shared or will you be at each other throats and clawing the walls to get away fro each other? 

4 Your job:
Is it a healthy clean environment? Do you look forward to going to work? Do you enjoy the work you do? Do you get along with your co-workers? Do you like your schedule? Is it easy to get to work ? Do you get enjoyment or pleasure from the work you do? Are you appreciated for the work that you do? Do they pay you enough for the work you do? Do coworkers help you when they can? Do your coworkers inspire you to excel? Do your co workers make you feel like part of the team? 

5. Hobbies:
Do you have a hobby or hobbies that you really enjoy? Hobbies that tilt your mind to inspire improvements and think of better ways to do things. Does your hobby allow room for growth and inspiration? Does your hobby bring you some satisfaction and or inspiration and joy? Do you improve and grow with your hobby skills?

All this like toxic foods can alter the face of your genes and create illnesses, heart attack, stress & a poor metabolism, poor detoxing, sickness, depression and doubt. All this is a huge tax or burden on the body and it absolutely affects your body and mind. And theres no foood in the world that will fix this, good foods will help or mask the full affects but in time stress will win and you will get sick, depressed, and loose all inspiration and your glass will always be half empty.

Verbal rejection can put you down and can be like little daggers digging at you. All the best foods in the world wont protect your body from the stress it gets from poor primary foods. If your diet is in perfect order and sync and your still not feeling well then your primary foods may be ruling you. All the sickness and depression may be attached to feeling down for long periods of time. Being down or depressed for too long can have serious repercussions on your body. The way its suppose to function is in a healthy environment and the mindful affects can be devastation and damaging to the cells.

If you know you have food sensitivities then you are trying to learn how to avoid them, then you are a pioneer.Its a learning and ever evolving process.And you need an open mind for information can change providing new data and studies that can clarify a reason for an issue. Food sensitivities can come from an array of foods and additives. 

Its estimated up to 70 percent of the population can have a food intolerance and 90 percent have no clue and less then one percent of the doctors can recognize,diagnose or even begin to treat. I have food allergens and intolerances and i have visited over 100 doctors over the past 20 years to get help for all my mysterious health problems starting from inflammation to brain fog, depression, mood swings, insomnia, bloating, ibs and not a single doctor was able to even come close to identifying the cause of all the side affects they were treating with drugs and surgery's.

Ones persons food is another persons poison, poison that you can feel instantly after ingesting it or may be chip away at your slowly, and in time or at times will show the damage you have cured. I look all around me and i see friends and even whole family's that are unknowingly suffering from food sensitivities and it absolutely keeping them from being all they can be,and also causing them pain and discomfort. People whom i know or have grown up with so knowing there issues then and the foods they ate and the problems they having after all those years un diagnosed or treated is just amazingly insane. Big praise for functional medicine doctors who know this or are studying this new way of treated people looking at the food at the culprits and the cure. 

These are the super doctors because they cure and help control issues and diseases without drugs and surgery's without hurting people in the process of practicing medicine using drugs and a knife. Getting to the root causes of the problems and not just masking the side affects with drugs that cause other issues. Well thank good fore the Internet to allow us to obtain old and new data as it comes,and allow us to share with each other on what we know and have tried. Allows up to get much needed confirmation that keeps us focused and not to quickly get lost in mainstream thinking. Its important we who suffer from food sensitivities can communicate, share and make others aware of there unknown sufferings that there drs don't recognize. People suffering from these foods sensitivities and then they have to be drugged up,robbing them even further of being and feeling overall well.

Bill Clinton is a huge supporter of functional medicine and bill is in a great position now to bring this program to a head which is in the process.Bill wasn't sold on the program from a meeting or something he read. He was treated by functional medicine doctors after conventional methods failed him grossly and got great results with the new doctors and it made sense to Bill as hes taking a seat of continuing learning and being part of the functional medicine movement. Movement that can save trillions of debt in the health care and get people functioning and not drugged up and unproductive. And a great political move to be the one to bring this program to light by getting the doctors educated and allowing the health care to pay for treatment using this process and fixing the people ,rather then just forever change drugs and forever see the patients overall being get worse, rather then fix or control with the diet.

Epsom salts continuing testing and correct amounts

So with my many food and chemical
intolerance this has brought me eventually to
supplementing with Epsom salts(Magnesium Sulfate). I have been doing the 4 tablespoons in a bucket of water about 2 inches deep for 15 minutes 3 times a week.

 I noticed a huge difference in my intolerance's  I been even able to eat out if i pick carefully. i tried the soaks everyday and for sure the negative uncomfortable effects told me its too much, well how to know when is too little?

So this week i skipped 4 days of soaking and ate out that night the same foods i had been eating and got very sick, I had some tuna sashami plain,and cooked beef, for sure the sulfates in the sashami and there was some scallion on the tuna that i shouldn't had but pushed it to see how far i can go and i went to far.

So what this has told me is that every other day the 15 minutes and the 4 tablespoons is my perfect routine to replace the sulfate deficiency of course the more i abuse the more the body will use up the sulfate supply.
You cant over do it because dealing with too much die-off will just sicken you, of course everyone will be different. It has taken me 4 months of trial and error before i could dial in the proper amount for my body.
Going to run a toxic urine test before and after using the Epsom salts and see what else its detoxing. Also i like to make a strong note how quickly my bellyaching and bloating was soothed just within 2 hours of my last magnesium sulfate soak.
Amazing how the Epsom salts can play u huge role in my food sensitivities and chemical sensitivities. I just keep getting more reassurance.

I tried all the suspected deficiencies connected to or influence how much a known food allergen may irritate the affect the food source or additives will have on each person. Effects that can vary on a scale from 1-10 and there are so many factors to take into consideration with each situation from just a scratch to a life threatening situation. Some factors to mention would be or could be related to the following. The amount of ingested allergen in one sitting. The amounts ingested from the accumulation of many meals that day or that week. How hydrated the body is.The more hydrated the more allergen that will be needed to cause ill affects. The less hydrated or being dehydrated means less allergen will be needed to cause an obvious ill affect.

The reasoning is that hydration dilutes the toxin and if your organs are very dehydrated you will need less to be affected and your sensitivity will be heightened accordingly. A day in the outdoors,especially a very sunny hot day, or even the opposite a very dry cold day will suck the water out of you very quickly, especially if there is much activity going on and your not replacing the lost water. Also i have tried all the known essential elements and vitamins that can help or lesson the affects of food sensitivities. Here are some and keep in mind any deficiency can affect the level of the sensitivity but these are the most looked at ones. B-12/B-6/molybdenum/vitamin D/vitamin C,A&K .and many more to mention that all seem to have some influence on food sensitivities, Im sure they do but none of them were noticeable differences.

I have noticed one deficiency that surely allowed me to see almost instant amazing life changing results and it was MAGNESIUM SULFATE!! ALTHOUGH ALL THE OTHER MAY HAVE SOME INFLUENCE, NONE IN MY CASE OR THE ONES I HAVE SEEN HAVE PLAYED A BIGGER ROLE IN DEALING WITH FOOD SENSITIVITIES. To further my curiosity i eliminated all the other supplements for one month but continued with only the magnesium sulfate. The winner by far and not even to compare the magnesium sulfate is the king at least in my case and the ones that i have seen. Even more so now from my reading from the specialist like Dr Rosemary Waring who has long before determined the Epsom salts to be the king jewel to helping & lowered the effects of food sensitivity.

The science is in to explain why sulfate is so vital in helping the body safely remove allergens like sulfates  sulfur dioxide,gluten, phenol's, amines and sals. Sulfate is a converted sulfur that is surrounded with 4 hydrogen atoms. These sulfates attach themselves like magnets to toxins such as we mentions and many more we didn't mention. Sulfates are like soldiers in the body ready to attach to these toxins rendering them harmless and escorting them through the bowels without causing damage along the way.

4 months of testing on and off with the Epsom salts and various foods and additives that would normally make me very ill, even causing anaphylactic shock on half a dozen occasions are no longer a threat to me. There appears to be no test in the united states available to check for sulfate deficiency. Europe does a blood plasma tests,and even one better a liver biopsy to check if the liver is making,or producing enough sulfate to allow the body to detox properly and deal with foreign antibodies. Remember test are not 100 percent reliable in most cases,but the body never lies. 

Remove the epsom salt baths and soaks and within days i will be vulnerable to getting very sick. If i try from only the foods that i know i can have without feeling ill. Add the Epsom salts back to my schedule of 4 tablespoons in a foot bath or body soak for 15-20 minutes 3 times a week and i can eat just about anything. It took me months to find the rite dosage. Everybody's deficiency will vary, Too little salt and you will not correct the deficiency and an to much and you may feel sick from the deficiency being filled so much that it begins detoxing and oxidizing that has been backed up in your system.

The problem is your body will be mobilizing these toxins rapidly then the body will be able to eliminate them. This means that the extra toxins can't eliminate and will get re circulated through your liver again and again causing damage each time it cycles. Water will be vital to the elimination  Most toxins will pass through the urine. Be sure if your detoxing that your are well hydrated and consult a Doctor or specialist, Read well into this process of correcting the deficiency. The Epsom salts has been nothing short of life changing for me. Im a certified nutritionist and also study functional medicine. I put a lot of research into this before i began my trials.

Warning do not overdue the Epsom salts and consult a specialist or read all you can till you completely understand the process. I over did the Epsom salts one day, i put the whole pint in thinking more is better  NO WAY!! In this case the rite amount to correct the deficiency is the amount you will need to maintain the deficiency safely. I started with just One table spoon in a bath, and worked my way to 4 tablespoons and that's were i will stay. It is the perfect desired amount without feeling anything but great. if your moody the next day you done too much. It is the reabsorbing of those toxins that make you feel crappy and moody.

I went to the hot springs in Costa rica and almost died. Was rushed back to the states and put in quarantine for 3 days as the doctors watched me slowly die from organ failure. It was an overdose of sulfate and i couldn't have come closer to dieing. It took 3 years to realize that it was the sulfur from the springs running down from the arenal volcano, So beware. i walked out of the hot springs and it looked like i been hit by jelly fish over my entire body, welts everywhere, it looked crazy, but it wasn't painful. but interestingly they put me in a glass room like the boy in
the bubble and called in every expert to see and not one doctor ever mention sulfur. I fought with them to go home.

I pulled through thank god. Just another mystery to the doctors that couldn't even begin to fathom what was wrong, I dont even drink Fiji water its overloaded with natural sulfur.

It seems that every time I focus on something being "the cause" then I can step back and see that something else causes this cause and ... I'm wondering if going back far enough what will we discover to be at the center of
it all? The original sin? :)

Thinking about it it is not so far fetched, since all the "progress" of the humanity is taking us away from being skin close to nature and upsetting the balance of our internal and external world.We should all go to Finland and soak in the hot springs (full of sulfates and minerals and such) .

couple things i was thinking why the crazy reaction from the volcano springs,..yes an overdose reaction and the dieoff reaction overwhelmed the liver and was shutting down,because it was the liver that was the real main issue when my body was shutting down. also the springs were very hot and i was also breathing in a lot of the steam from the springs sulfur and or sulfates. and that would be the same as drinking it ,more powerful then soaking in it. Crazy stuff,no dr can agree to believe the connection. not big surprise. also horrible to say but for the next month going to the bathroom was horrible smells ,nothing i ever smelled before,except death,to be as close as possible. sorry for that,sharing all the madness.. and the chelation i used both, the pills dmsa and i used liquid chelation. i run my own toxic urine tests before during and after treatments to monitor whats coming out. the liquid was easy,just went once a week for an hour and they fill u up
SMELLS LIKE augh,horrible. the pills are very complicated and have to be timed ,and very dangerous.! very dangerous!! u dont want to get involved with the pills without a dr or specialist onboard,. but hey worked so well for me that after 2 weeks the inflammation in my brain and sinus cavity when down so much my ears popped and i havent rember being ever able to hear that well. didn't know the sounds i was missing. and talk about clarity,you can sit down and write a book. the inspiration from pathways opening,and dopomine being converted . u would think its a drug ,but its the opposite. it clears all the free radicvals and the mind is clear to work,its amazing and next month im starting again. my ears have been ringing and i can tell ive lost vision and sound again. forgot to tell you it clears the eyes as well..
Wow, Mike ... Do you think it was a detox reaction? Like in Epsom salt soaks, when folks dump in too much salt all at once and feel horrible for days after, but the springs would have an augmented effect? Do you think if you tried again slowly again it could help you , especially that the mercury is chelated already?
Regarding your liver tests, would that be the same- when they did the tests at that time the liver was overwhelmed by the toxins, but after chelation it returned to normal? What agent did you use to chelate?
In the link that you posted lots of times MSM was mentioned as a positive therapy - I was just reading in the autism groups that they see very exciting improvements using it!

I showed Dr. Oscar Galvez my folder with documentation from 4 different doctors who are specialist and study sulafte deficiecny in autistic people and people with A.D.D. and A.D.H.D. It's documented already long ago i have ADD.  He read one line into the sulfate deficiency  and said this is bullshit!!!  Then he told me i need to stop playing doctor. Then i asked him if he ever even heard of sulfate deficiency. He said no,laughing at me!. He said i think you made this up. I insisted to him that he reads what the doctors say in the reports. He said if its from the internet its bullshit! I told him i access pub med from the internet,is that bullshit too! and i said these reports are from doctors not people writing about doctors. These are specialist who recognize and treat people with sulfate condition, but 3 of them are in london, and the other one Dr. Amy Yasko has a one year waiting list and she emailed me to get her cds and read her website forums. 

So i have done all this and i fully understand why im having problems processing thing,and why im retaining so much toxins because my body lacks the ability to detox properly. And that's whats causing the inflammation and the back up of these toxins and lets not forget the neurological effects. He laughed at me. I told him if hes not going to listen to me how is he ever going to understand whats going on. he said his tests show that there is nothing wrong with me at the moment. Then i asked why did i goto to the emergency room with failing liver.He said maybe the report was a mistake.

Can you believe this guy is a licensed doctor this is what i have been dealing with, Closed minded doctors who think they know it all. I told him he wasted my time,took my money,lots of money and laughed at me and insulted me because his pride was toyed with. The pupil teaching the doctor. 

If i wasn't playing my own doctor i would have been dead already! I feel sorry for the other people with the same conditions i share. Lucky for me i am my own doctor and im healing very nicely. The liver shuting down in the emergency room was surely from the cacao i ingested by accident that im so deadly allergic too. Whats to hard to believe about that. 

It wasn't the first time i was sent to this doctor from another doctor who ran every test out there and ackowledges that my liver nearly failed, but refuses to believe food sensitivities had anything to do with it. He laughed me out of his office as well. But not before he said it was probably sclerosis and had a liver biopsy pulled on me and it came back no sclerosis. Then he told me i had mono but i showed him why it couldn't be mono because of enzymes number that went up when they were suppose to go down. I said can u please make some sense. He said with his hands high in the air "Welcome to the world of medicine" and sent me to Dr. Oscar Galvez

He said one of my kidneys was very sick and my kidneys are very strong. Thank god i have done my resaearch and was able to make sense of it all, I thought it would be nice to have a doctor onboard to support me. but entertaining conventional medicine was not the least bit helpful. I totally get why i suffered for 40 years before i fixed myself. So people even if you pin it to the doctors head as i have it will have been a waste of time, unless you have more luck then i did with closed minded doctors who will not go outside of there limited medical books.

Make strong note that Dr. Oscar Galvez said that there is no way possible for me to have ADHD and be having the the conversations and debates we were having as if 2 dr were conversing .No way possible he repeated that i have any signs of Adhd. He further stated that dr lefer whom i been seeing for the past 18 years is very wrong with my adhd diagnoses. Dr galvez is not qualified to make such a decision. It was clear to me that i would have to eat a mouth full of sulfates and food coloring and return to his office and allow him to see the affects the foods can have on my overall being. Its night and day, you would believe that i would be the same person. At best he would think that my stupor or intoxicated signs would be drugs. Interesting but he already thinks that im nuts and that would seal the deal for him. I dont think he would want to get involved in documenting or even begin to learn something new. But its easy for me to see. And dr lefer has well documented the serious mood altering that the toxic foods have on my body. Which i blame now on the sulfate deficiency to process and eliminate them as fast a they are coming in. And now 4 tablespoons in a foot soak for 15 minutes 3 times a week and i can eat almost anything without feeling the ill effects ,and or limit any reaction that i would have had if the sulfate deficiency wasn't corrected. Always i warn do NOT OVER DO THE EPSOM SALTS! and best taking in a bath ,better absorption throughout the entire body then depending just on your feet. any swelling of the hands and you had enough, drinks plenty of water before and after. dr rosemary warning has a sight that explains how to use. but i tried increasing and 4 tablespoons 3 times a week and my body's telling me this is the desired dosage for Michael. im 44 years of age and weigh 185 lbs. if i over do it i get pains in my legs and feel moody. But the magnesium sulfate has bee the life changer. Before i learned about the sulfate deficiency i already had the perfect diet,now i can bend my diet for occasional treats and not have to pay the piper. Do you have celiac disease? 97 percent of people with celiac don't know they have it and most doctors will fail to diagnose the disease and just treat all the side affects with drugs. An average child with celiac disease can visit 10 pediatricians before being correctly diagnosed. And how many parents are going to visit close to a dozen different pediatricians? Most will not be diagnosed and carry the disease into adulthood causing fatigue, inflammation, diseases & cancers. 

This happens when gluten does not get attached to sulfates rendering them harmless as they pass through your system. Damage occurs in the lower intestine,often just placing your hand over the lower intestine area and pressing slightly you will feel the discomfort from the inflammation of the intestines. The gluten not only burn away the little villa like hairs in the lower intestine that your body needs to absorb nutrients, it also burns away your 7 layers of protecting along the lining of the intestine. After the 7 layers are gone, toxins that normally would pass through with the stool will actually permeate the weakens lining and find its way back into your system. 

These foreign debris that were never meant to go into your system cause sever damage throughout the entire 
body. Causing inflammation of all your organs, especially the liver gets the blunt of it all. Its job is to handle toxins,but these are toxins that its not designed to deal with. These toxins that get hung up in the organs with no place to go cause damage to tissue and cells and eventually can cause disease,cancers and death from organ failure. 

Most people are not aware of another area of the body that also takes a direct hit from the undigested gluten roaming around the body as free radicals. The inflammation of the brain will also cause a loss of blood and oxygen supply. Its not until you have corrected the problem that your hearing, taste, and smell return til you know how bad it was. Look for the symptoms.Remember after you eat the only thing you should feel is satisfied and content, anything else is your body telling you something is wrong. some signs to look for typically with celiac and gluten issues are= bloating 
this is usually the number one sign to look for in celiac or gluten sensitive people. Also chronic diarrhea and  chronic constipation. 

Why so 2 completely different affects. The body is choosing what it wants to do with the foreign matter not to deal with it. So diarrhea is a way of quickly ejecting the gluten and passing it quickly not to give it a chance to sit and do damage. Otherwise the opposite is constipation as the body tries to avoid it from passing through the system to avoid damage, it will try to hold it back and flush it with acids in desperate attempt to break the gluten down. Not sure which is worse!! Both both ways are hell on your body causing all kinds of damage. then you have fatigue and irritability. Your body is working overtime to deal with the toxins and its damage, and without the removal of the gluten things will continue to get worse, eventually disease and early death,and suffering to that last day. you cant beat the gluten, so trying to tough it out is a poor stupid choice. Learn what gluten is so you can avoid it and begin your road to recovery and get your body and mind back and clear the brain fog and constant bellyaching and all the hell that goes with it. 

If you don't want the task of educating and fixing yourself,start calling doctors that specialize in diagnosing and treating celiac disease. Your miserable and sick and you need help. Find a doctor who listens and understands your complaints. My Gi and liver specialist that i been entertaining lets call it from a conventional way at looking at things. Food sensitivity and allergy testing= 60 percent of people have them

Unfortunately there are not many reliable tests in the usa for testing food sensitivities or allergys. When i suspect a food or beverage sensitivity i depend on my body to talk to me. The body doesn't lie, you just need know how to read it,and its very simple . If you suspect Gluten, Sulfites, milk, phenols,amines.whatever you may suspect that is not agreeing with you,or just just trying the most obvious ones,like gluten, milk, and sulfites..So lets choose gluten for example. learn all you can about gluten and gluten byproducts,basically everything made with wheat, barely rye,and oats. Also most sauces have gluten in them as well. So game plan goes like this. For 2 weeks you completely eliminate gluten from your diet.

 At this point you will probably already be getting a lot of info and already begin to start making sense of your issue. So 2 weeks clear of gluten and now the next day following the clean diet for the 2 weeks you will reintroduce gluten in all your meals,an have good portions. continue eating gluten with each meal until and if there is a ill reaction that's very obvious then stop to advoid feeling any worse. make note of how you felt physically and also very important take note of how it affected you mentally.

Most people are not aware that after you eat the only thing you suppose to feel is satisfied and content. anything other is a bad reaction,examples. bloating, tired, hyper, have to run to the bathroom,headache,severe mood swing,depressed feelings, pains in there hands,feet,ankles,brain fog or loss of focus,the list goes on,.any of these are a bad reaction .elimination a known food irritant is life changing and you should feel so much better mentally and physically. At that point when you have eliminated a known irritant and your feeling so much better,BUT not excactly 100 percent. then theres good reason to believe that there are more then one irritant that is causing you issues. So you repeat the test again eliminating the next culprit or culprits that you believe may be causing you harm. most often if someone has a known sensitivity or allergy to one type of allergen most often there are several irritants, and in time repeating these tests you can safe;ly eliminate all your sensitivities and allergys and start feeling the way you should,and stop being cheated of a happy healthy life.

FLU SHOT=Toxic cocktail


 I am a certified Holistic Health coach. Also have true allergy to sulfites, life threatening, not just a simple sensitivity to sulfites. Sensitivity and true allergy are completely different, however a sensitivity can turn to true allergy. How familiar am i with sulfites? I been living with the condition for all my life and have experienced dozens of side affects from sulfite exposure and accumulation. One word for you, INFLAMMATION!!! THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE BODY. Long term exposure to inflammation will cause damage,and eventually disease.

I have visited more then 150 doctors over the years, with inflammation of all my organs. But not one dr was able to make sense of the organ they were testing me for ,never mind piecing it all together,which they would never because they don’t look at the body as a whole, just a section that they study. Eventually i found just one dr who actually did some study on sulfites and there reactions. Dr Russel Cancellari Southampton New York. He said i was very lucky to live in New York because hes the only dr who would even begin to make any sense of the sulfite condition. He told me in medical school they dont teach about sulfites,there affects or even what side affects to look for. And so he help me identify and prove my true sulfite allergy and why i was having anaphylactic shocks. But even after this he told me he knows of no treatment and that i would have to help myself by learning what sulfites are so that i would know how to avoid them. Very scary for the sick state of mind i was in to basically have to save myself from another life threatening shock ! He didn't forecast much hope for me, death was soon to follow. He told me people with this condition usually die young and suffer to the last day.

So 5 years later, here i am feeling and looking better then i did when i was 25 at the age of 44. All my suffering life i never knew you could feel this great!! I have cured a lifetime of documented chronic depression since a child. No more headaches,not tired or lethargic,no mood swings. Inflammation throughout my entire body gone. Used to see a chiropractor twice a week for 9 years to relieve some of the pressure . I haven’t seen i chiropractor in 4 years. I was taking several meds from the Dr over the years for depression, for sleep, don’t need any drugs anymore. I’m enrolled at the miller school of medicine studying Functional Medicine, and i am already certified now from IIN, The Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Holistic Health Coach. I’ve done and still doing all this for better understanding of the affects of sulfites on the body so that i can fix myself, and make sense of the 40 years of hell that i suffered from over 50 mysterious health issues. I’m tied into forums around the world and have read every available piece of data out there on sulfites combined with my own life experiences,and trial and errors as i played my own Guinea Pig. I am fixed !

I know what sulfites are, how the food manufactures will trick you and take full advantage of the poor system that was designed to help you. and they sure have a lot of tricks,. And best believe that if they are allowed to have up to a certain amount of sulfite or toxin that that use that bar all the way and push the crap in there all they can to prevent food and dollar loss. Its all about the dollar, not about your health. And its a continuing. learning .evolving process. Every day i look for any updates and latest news on preservatives=sulfites.. i wont miss a beat because if i do my body will tell me rite away and i will uncover the new culprit of a sulfite that found its way into my body. Money rich vs Enriching your life

If your rich, you probably spent or still spending most of your time getting rich. While enriching your life is something much deeper then your pockets or bank accounts! Yes money is great! but not if you have to trade in your good soul for a greedy ruthless one. 

Then when your rich with money you want to buy and spend to feel like a king or queen, but that means being dependent on the people you are paying to make you feel special,and can only imagine what the say behind your back.
Enriching your life means smelling the flowers and sharing with others.Sharing and caring and not missing the little gifts that god has set for us to enjoy. Enriching your life is not like a bank account where you hoard your treasures. Enriching your life means you carry these wonderful feelings wherever you go, and the best part is you get to share your gifts with others and everyone wins and nobody loses. Money is the cherry on the pie, the pie is the healthy happy life. Without the pie the cherry is very bitter. The pie always taste good,even without the cherry.

gallbladder surgery=NOT!!!! CLEAN IT YOURSELF AT HOME

500 thousand a year in the USA.  Most of them completely unnecessary!  Processed foods,especially processed carbs like pastas,and breads will be the cause of galllbaldder stones. Stones will lead to polyps ,and eventually to many stones and polyps and the gallbladder is packed. So the dr will just remove it like the good butchers they are. So now the liver and kidneys will bear the burden of toxins and things the body cant process, eventually leading to kidney stones and toxic sludge build-up in the liver, and store the toxins in the same area of the organs to need to perform,unlike the gallbladder who sole job is to store these toxins and emcapsulate them like pearls to render the poisions harmless. 
Todays times the body has to bear more toxins then ever before,and the gallbladders have not enough time to grow bigger to accomodate the increased toxic loads. So my gallbladder stuffed with stones and polyps had to make a move ,because it was causing issues and uncomfort. So i read and read and i found out what the drs dont know,.And i say that with confidence,i have checked with over 100 dr,and mostly GI drs. But they say that it isnt possible,and they chuckle at the idea.  So for 3 days the only thing i drank was apple juice ,a gallon a day. On the 3rd night rite before going to sleep i drank a half a glass of olive oil mixed with quarter cup of fresh squeezed lemon juice and went to bed and layed on my rite side. Well i woke at 6 am with a little discomfort in my lower intestine area. I went to the bathroom and relieved myself and what i saw come out was crazy! big green bloobs of sludge came out on the first pass. never smelt or seen anything like this come out before. Then about 2 minutes later i went again and this time there were green stones the size of ping pong balls coming out,slippery film on the outside but hard as stone inside.
Yes a squeezed some with my hands ,there was no breaking these stones.. then a 3rd pass about 30 minutes later and the stones were coming out black now,. they were a bit smaller the size of marbles all the way down to the size of peas. they were hard as rocks and could not be broken unless you crushed them with a steal plyers.  i repeated this process 2 more times  over the course of one year.  i just recently went for my scan of my gallbladder and the bladder was empty!! So it absolutely worked..and for my polyps they have already increases several millimeters and eventually they will disapear on there own and my gallbladder is empty so no surgery was ever needed,and my dr still dont understand how it worked but has assured me that he ackowledged that it is empty .. I have showed this process to several dr now who have used the treatment for themselves ,. Sorry for the non believers, the butchers are waiting !

So 2 nights ago i had a health bar from wholefoods,gluten free and organic. Well just 2 bites into the bar i new something was deadly wrong. Severe headache, soon followed by vomiting. Then began inflammation of all my organs, but what got hit the hardest was my liver. So off to the emergency room,they shot me up with diphenahydrine, liquid benedryl. Gave me pure oxygen to help me breathe, and lots of saline to hydrate my body especially the liver. It was so inflamed it was not able to function properly.

All this from exposure to just 3-4 cacao nibs that where in that health bar. And my problem did not go away so fast. 48 hours and still my body wont take food or fluids unless administered by injection. So back to the hospital today because the vomiting hasnt stopped as well as the headaches.These are some of the worst headaches i have experienced. I expect they will just continue the saline solution to keep me hydrated. Also i hope to run some test on my liver. I wasn't able to urinate in 30 hours. As soon as i left the hospital i had to urinate. Cant imagine how i would have survived the ordeal had i finished the bar.

People of the labels, ADD/ADHD/Chemical Imbalance/Autism

All these people share this one common denominator, PST deficiency. The body doesn't produce enough sulfate ions, and it's stored mostly in the liver. Sulfates are necessary to process sulfates,and sulfur, and many other toxins including Phenols, natural plant toxins. Dr. Rosemary Waring is the the dr who proved PST deficiency exist. Shes is located in the U.K. here in the USA we have a leading expert on PST deficiency Dr. Amy Yasko. Dr Yasko even has an array of test for PST deficiency, and she knows how to treat it. These 2  leading experts on the condition can even explain how PST interrupts the methylation cycle. 

There are other doctors out there who claim to have studied there works and go under the listing of DAN doctors. DAN stands for ( defeat autism now). But these doctors have different levels of education on the subject, they aren't all very qualified in the field. Dr Amy Yasko sight tells u how to find well experienced ones,and not one that just attended a seminar on the subject. 

You want to find a doctor well qualified and who has treated at least 20 cases and is fully familiar with Dr. Amy Yasko or Dr. Rosemary Waring. Dr. Amy Yasko has a very long wait time to visit her, she conveys most of her help now there her Internet sight and forum, she's great!! Lucky are the ones who get to see her, and even more so to find her sight and wisdom to get he help that they need and make sense of all he madness that all the other doctors  flopped up along the way, no clue to these people's sufferings, and 
suffer rite up tip an early death. 

I haven't figured out why more people don't know about this, except that it took me many years as well studying my condition til I fell upon these doctors who have it all figured out.

PST deficiency and drinking alcohol- meet Jekyll and Hyde

I found that distilled clear and unflavored vodkas like Ciroc is the best choice next to no choice. Here is the difference. Drink clear Ciroc with a splash of organic cranberry, You can add a little raw organic brown sugar to dismiss the sourness. So i have a few drinks, I am very social, and the conversations are healthy and fun. My mood stays stable. My wife and i have a warm wonderful time head home, have a restful nights sleep. Next day i wake feeling fine and off to the gym at 8am, and just another wonderful day in paradise.

Now lets do this with flavored vodka or scotch with caramel or even just aged scotch is loaded with amines. So i have a few drinks. Then my mood changes for all the bad. I look for trouble, Make fun at people, fight with my wife and anyone else who is close to me. i put people down and look for all the trouble i can find. I have the classic "Just don't care attitude". I have terrible thoughts racing through my mind. i can only see the bad. I'm careless with my money.I'm looking for something more then the alcohol. My mind is sick and corrupt. My wife gets very disappointed.

We go home not talking,if we speak its all but negative talk. i go to sleep angry. I have bad lucid dreams, Wake up every hour or so. The next day i wake up and still looking for trouble.I'm grumpy and short with words. I have a huge chip on my shoulder all day and i most likely not make it to the gym. I have zero energy or thrive, My wife needs time to forget how out of place i acted in public and with her.

If you are going to drink...Drink clear and avoid the madness of the Jekyll and Hyde experience.

If you wont put it in your mouth then don't put it on your skin

For sure you wouldn't rub your baby down with motor oil! Baby oil is crude oil with the colors distilled out, but its still very toxic. If your baby or you are sensitive to chemicals, then for sure you don't want to be rubbing this on your body, not eve your hands. If i wouldn't put it in my mouth then i don't want to put it on my skin.

Either way you would be absorbing the toxic chemicals. Just as one soaks in Epson salt to supply the liver with sulfates. The baby oil, or other toxic creams will also pass through your liver. Quite often you can taste the chemicals in your mouth after applying it to your skin.

The answers to your problems are in the refrigerator

As a nutritionist i can't look inside your stomach but i sure can look rite into your refrigerator! One look inside and ill get a pretty good idea whats going on inside you. Often i can even match the food item to a direct ill effect. For instance pastas and breads and  bakery goods are loaded with gluten. Gluten's immediate side effect for those who are gluten intolerant would be bloating soon after ingesting gluten. Also it will show me ones addictions.

When there is an issue going on with the food sensitivities. There's usually a pattern,showing a grouping of particular toxins to that particulars persons bio individuality. Processed foods,soda, sugars,   table salts, starches, spices, strong odor foods like garlic,onions. food colorings,sweetners and even phenols.
Why bother waiting a couple weeks or longer to find out after what they have eaten. Go rite to the source!!  In the refrigerator are the answers to your problems. And if there aint much in the refrigerator then your problems are even bigger.

That means your living out of restaurants and dinners and all there foods are contaminated before they even receive it,no matter how much you spend or how elegant the dinning may be, u may even know the owners,its all contaminated!

Even if the restaurant poached and steamed everything you ate which aint going to happen,its contaminated, plus the chefs do a number on the foods spicing and flavoring them up. I never found a restaurant that uses raw unrefined salts! Sea salt maybe,but nice white chloride bleached. So Thats where i look, and the rest is listening to the individuals problems that are occurring

Living with (Phenol Sulfotransferase) deficiency

What does it mean? all the studys say that it means to have low,to extremely levels of of an enzyme phenol-sulphotranverase-p ( the enzyme responsible for oxidizing or breaking down Amines, and salicylates) (subgroups of phenols). Also referred to as the PST. To do this process it needs (SULPHATES) . The sulphates attach themselves to the phenols then they are able to be removed once they are attached. But if no sulphates, or not enough are available the phenols and other toxins will back up. This backing up causes physical and neurological effects. One physical effect that occurs over time can be the wearing down of the lining wall of the intestines and gut.

The toxic phenols that make there way through the intestines un oxidized eat away the lining of the stomach and intestines. leaving it vulnerable to be permeated by toxins that leak through the lining of the intestines and find its way back into your system,in a very most toxic form. These toxins that permeate the lining cause serious autoimmune response that can cause many addition food sensitivities,.as the body becomes weaker and has to work harder to deal with this foreign matter that makes it way back into your system.and the body is not designed or prepared to deal with this kind of toxic breach. also the brainfogs,and emotionional rollercoater from the back up of phenols in the brain,causing all kinds of blockage and interruptions to the normal flow of things.

So i am to learn what phenols are so i can limit them,they are impossible to avoid because they are in all foods and beverages. But you learn how to avoid the ones very high in phenols,and supply the body with sulphates to help the deficiency.And this really works!! introducing sulphates have to be done very slowly.introducing too much at once and your body will detox faster then it can eliminate,and you can overload your system and get very sick!!! dr rosemary waring seems to be the leading expert in the world at treating this condition. lucky people you guys in europe to have her. Here in the states we only get to follow her work and learn from it.

Epsom Salt

People with the labels all share one common denominator.  90 percent of these people are extremely deficient in sulfate supply,and the other 10 percent are low in sulfate. Sulfates are necessary for the body to be able to detox, the inability to detox causes a back up of toxins. The back of of these toxins is what causes a neurological issues, the brain can't function while hosting the back up of toxins.The toxins will cause inflammation ,and the inflammation makes it impossible for the brain to function properly. Also a major loss of circulation,  blood supply and oxygen due to the inflammation. All this makes it even harder to supply vital nutrients to the brain,also making it difficult to remove toxins.

I started with one tablespoon of epsom salts for a 20 minute bath,and weeks later im up to almost half a cup. The supply of magnesium sulfates has changed my life. The following positive affects have occurred in just 2 weeks. Improvement in my attention, a relaxed content feeling. I can smell amazingly better,i can hear better and taste better. Also i am much less sensitive to the foods that made me very ill before. All this in just 2 weeks!! cant wait til 2 months pass to see further improvements. Ill be happy if things stayed the way the are, but its ecpected that it takes about 2 months to ba able to use enough sulfates in the bath to fully supply the body with the sulaftes it needs to function more properly.


 If the body detoxes too much at one time, it wont be able to eliminate all the toxins being released at once, and this will cause a backup of toxins. then you will be in no better place then before you were deficient in sulfates. So i started with one tablespoon and increase one tablespoon with each bath. eventually in 2 months i expect to get to the max dose of 2 cups.. It can dry your skin out so be sure your getting lots of omega oil to counter some of the dryness . check out dr rosemary waring. She has a whole site dedicated to the epson salts and who would benefit from these saoks.and many other ways to supply the body with sulfates.

I've been trying to post this on your "allergic to gas" thread, but is doesn't seem to be working... Sorry if you do wind up getting it more than once!

I've been loosely following your thread (and Mike I've been reading your blog and love it! And I'm an IINer too!). I've recently been looking into more of all this further and realizing how much of the methylation cycle is involved in all of this. I've come across some information you might find useful so I want to share.

My doctor has actually just ordered Yasko's genetic test to see if that can help us figure this stuff out better. I'm am very encouraged by it all. Yasko has some great info on her website about methylation etc. While she does specifically focus on Autism, she also recognizes these issues affect other health issues as well. I've been absorbed in her webisodes over the past few days... Here's her site:

Phenol Sensitivity

All toxic substances affect me. A trip to the salon is a mine field of toxic explosions that i feel because of everything that i smell and come in contact with. Hair spray, nothing like suckin some aerosol and gunk for your hair into your lungs. Add some talcum powder for your neck into the mix. You know you and everyone is breathing this in and when they buzz your hair, of course we all sucking some fine hair down as well.

Now the pedicure starts with a toxic perfume filled soak, oh the pins and needles i feel just thinking about it.  We all breathing in the fine nail shaving as the file whips back and fourth. Poor manicurists that don't wear masks. Why not spray some alcohol all over your feet and soak up some more toxins. The spray bottles sends the alcohol airborne, of course if you smell it your ingesting it. Same for the manicurists  How about some toxic chemicals to dissolve those cuticles. placing your hands in a toxic substance to dissolve your cuticles? Take little breaths......

 Digestion begins in the brain! That's when you begin to prepare the body for what's coming. Examples, your mouth waters when you see and or smell foods you like before you even have tastes it. So eat something that you know is good for you, so your body prepares itself for something good and nourishing. If you eat something bad, and you know its bad, then how should your body prepare for this?

 It's probably not getting ready to produce the enzymes it should, nor preparing to digest this meal, rather to just push it through the body,trying to avoid it. so eat something that your whole body knows is essentially healthy for you and your body will function at its best to get all it can from that meal.

Allergic to gas

I definitely had super high levels of mercury from eating fish on a daily basis,that goes in line with my inability to detox properly.I did chelation for 2 years and cleaned a lot of the toxins out,but my problems were there since a child,way before eating fish. yes inflammation is always at the beginning all diseases. but this was something that i was born with., a genetic disposition.. i do have inflammation of all my organs.especially before i changed my diet. its a problem in the methylation cycle somewhere. my inability to process sulfur, sulfites, gluten, preservatives, amines, salcylates

I used to have 68 labels. since i changed my diet im down to less then 10. . and still not a single Dr can i find to even begin to understand,never mind to i taken it upon myself to study nutrition,and functional medicine. functional medicine Dr's are taught to treat people using food not drugs., they are taught to identify and eliminate food that ill us,that most of us think are good for us,but because of our bioindoviduality 
,.some foods that have good can be very bad for certain people. like garlic, or onions.they can kill me!. then after the functional medicine Dr's help you eliminate those food that ill us. then they focus on a healthy diet,and good environment,your primary foods.. so i study alongside these conventional Dr's who have decided they are tired of using drugs and not helping people but making them worse. these Dr's are morally correct for doing this and i praise them for being a better Dr and looking in to the root causes of 
these chronic conditions... so i do this as well,but also i live with such a condition that they are exposing..but sadly it clearly seems that i am at the top of the food chain when at these classes with 200 Dr's that actually 
turn to me for validation from time to time..because i study and more important i live with food sensitivities that can kill me. and 6 anaphylactic shocks are proof that it don't take much to put me down. keep in mind I'm 185, built like a body builder,. i look invincible.. till you expose me to some poor food choices. even yesterday i walked into pier one,and had a small bout with a very bad reaction to all the fragrances that pier one has in there stores. or like i said eating food cooked with gas will wreck me for a few days..god help me!

 As i do all my best to help myself..and so sorry for the many people who suffer from things like this,but no clue to there slow demise and long suffering till they die of an early death..very sad.. I'm doing all i can and when i have this aced i will really be able to not only help myself,but continue to help others.. sadly when i do supply some people with why they are suffering,it only gets set aside as these people confront there Dr's,and get shunned away,even laughed away as they continue to suffer,and there Dr's continue to poison them. and that's just the way it happens.99 percent of the time.

40 years of living hell

After 40 years of living hell with numerous mysterious health issues, a ton of mental anguish, and 100 doctors later, I was still losing ground and had no better understanding of all my pain and suffering. Just when I thought all hope had been lost, I hit the mother of all jackpots!!! Four years ago I began to realize that Food intolerance's were the major factor behind all my ill side effects. These intolerances were robbing me of a healthy mind and body, while causing embarrassing and humiliating symptoms. Who would believe that foods like apples and bananas could cause someone to have such very severe side effects? Well, many people don’t know that these foods contain natural plant and vegetable toxins to protect themselves in nature. These natural toxins present a problem for people who have enzyme deficiency, and thus have trouble processing these foods. For people with this condition eating a banana that may be too green, or too ripe, can create tremendously negative symptoms. Fruits at these stages possess higher levels of these toxins, and people with sensitivity to these toxins just can’t process them. Apples present a similar problem. The skin of an apple is loaded with a particular group of toxins called phenols. Peeling the apple and removing the toxin will work, however just below the skin the first few millimeters of the meat of the apple still contain these toxins because they leach into the fruit. Peeling a little bit deeper into the apple is a good idea if you are trying to avoid the toxins that can be associated with such problems as hyperactivity, depression, mood swings, I.B.S. and so many more. Another culprit found in foods are toxins known as  salicylates, People who have high levels of these toxins will feel ill after eating foods like various berry’s, apricots and all dried fruits . Salicylates are super high in aspirin, so if you can’t tolerate aspirin, that could be a red flag for the salicylate sensitivity. Still another group of toxins are the Amines, these are often associated with violence in people who have this particular sensitivity. Common foods containing Amines are; dark chocolate, marmite, cocoa, orange juice, tomato juice, flavored drinks, and many cheeses such as Brie, Cheddar Parmesan, Provolone and Mozzarella. Also, alcohols like port wines, Chianti, red and white wines, soy sauce, vinegar, meat extracts, and Worchester sauce. Last but not least, you have your food additives and colorings. I want to starts with food colorings. These colorings that make food so attractive to all of us, but especially children are,102 tartrazine 104 guinoline yellow, sunset yellow,129 allura red,133 brilliant blue, and of course many more. Let’s look at the preservatives now 200-203 sorbic acid, potassium and calcium benzoates, 220 -228 sulphur dioxide, all sulphites, bisulpites and metabisulphites. While we’re at it, let’s not leave out the flavor enhancers; 620-625 Glutamic acid.  all glutamates, and the infamous MSG (monosodium glutamate). Unfortunately there are more flavors, for which there are no numbers because they are “trade secrets”. Yes there are a lot of nasty additives that go into our food. You may expect to find additives like these in substances like cigarettes, but not in the foods that we need to live and be healthy!!!

So how do we cope with this complex situation? Well turning to your doctor is always would seem to be the obvious choice, but what happens when the doctor doesn't have a clue about these things? Medical schools don't teach about these things, so there’s a good chance your doctor has very little knowledge in this area, if any at all. Even finding an allergist who knows about these things would be like hitting the lotto. Unfortunately, if there's not a test for it the allergist usually can’t come to a clear diagnosis, or even begin to identify what's going on. So where does one turn for help on this subject, to begin to diagnose or identify these culprits and learn what they are so you can avoid them?

I called 100 allergist and not one was able to help or even advise me on what to do next, very frustrating to say the least. Well, my only option was to educate myself on this subject. Now, 20 years later I finally get it, and everyday I’m still learning more.

If you or somebody you know has suspected food sensitivities or allergies and the allergist was not able to shed any light on your situation, then you may want to turn to food specialists. Dieticians can be helpful but somewhat costly.  However, nutritionists like myself, who study food, and their good and bad effects on your body, are a great alternative. I recommend speaking with a nutritionist, and specifically, finding one who is familiar with food sensitivities and food allergies. Visiting a nutritionist is a bargain compared to these other doctors. Then again, what wouldn’t you pay to start getting to the bottom of these problems? Identifying the culprits and starting to eliminate and replace the foods that are causing the ill effects, could be a completely life changing event, and put an end to the suffering. While the brain-fogs, irritability and bloating begin to disappear, and your overall wellbeing begins to improve, one can see their life change completely, from merely surviving, to thriving!!!

This is not something I just read in a book and am passing along, I am living proof!

I used to think that I was the only one who felt like this, but I have researched this for decades, and I'm not alone, by far. Millions of people suffer from food intolerances and allergies, and most of them don’t have a clue because the visits to their doctors were fruitless. Once again, doctors lack education on the subject and are unable to read the signs that are so obvious to someone like me.

So what can you do? My first advice would be don’t take my word for it, go learn all this yourself, but I wouldn’t want you to have to suffer for twenty years, to learn what I already know. Please, contact a food specialist. Nutritionists do this every day, and are very skilled in detecting food sensitivities, allergic reactions associated with particular foods, and the additives they contain. Contact a nutritionist; explain what you’re feeling, mentally and physically. Bloating, tiredness, irritability, headaches, diarrhea, etc. are not the things you are supposed to feel after eating. The only feeling one should have after eating, is that of satisfaction and content. When choosing a nutritionist, you may ask them what they know about food intolerances, since I expect this will be the turning point in identifying and correcting your problems. Keep an open mind, a lot of the foods we think are good for us for can be very harmful for some of us, depending on your specific bio individuality. We are not all created equal when it comes to processing foods and additives. Talk to a nutritionist, and ask a lot of questions, the answers you need are waiting for you.

Start living the life you were meant to live, and stop living the one that’s cheating you from all that you should be. A nutritionist like myself, who knows all about this first hand will surely help you quickly dial in to the root of your problems. The next step is yours let my experience and education work for you.
